Testimonials~
I completed the Aananda 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training course in April 2009/Graduation May 2009 and feel it is probably one of the best investments I’ve ever made, personally and professionally. After practicing yoga 4 or 5 times a week for just over a year, I knew I wanted a deeper understanding of the practice. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to actually teach yoga or not, but I definitely felt what I would benefit personally from the training was worth the investment. Well, I got everything I expected from the course and more.
Since graduation, I have met several teachers who are also took a 200 hour Yoga Alliance registered teachers (not Aananda, but a similar registered 200 hour class). In discussing the Multi Style curriculum I received at Aananda against their 200 hour curriculum, I felt even stronger I made the right decision going with Aananda. The wide variety of yoga styles I learned and the diversity of the many teacher’s knowledge/expertise allowed me to see the many variations of yoga practice that are out there and let me choose exactly what style of yoga I preferred.
If I do decide to teach one day I am confident my Aananda training has prepared me to be a professional yoga teacher. If I never teach, I am absolutely sure what I learned at Aananda has and will continue to benefit me personally for the rest of my life. My family and friends noticed the difference immediately and I have no doubt that I am a better person from what I learned at Aananda.
Sincerely,
J. Greg Hass
I feel very fortunate to have chosen Aananda for my Yoga Teacher Training. It has been a truly wonderful experience. This is a rich opportunity for anyone looking to teach or enhance their practice. Perhaps the best benefit is that you will learn from not one but many talented, loving teachers who share their unique individual strengths. Together they combine to form a magnificent community, family and Guru.
Sincerely,
Margaret AKSHARA Donnelly
